Every person has a unique history and relationship to health and nutrition. When you come to see me for Integrative nutrition health coaching, you will first fill out an in-depth intake form, telling me the story of your health and your life. It will include your main health issues and concerns, goals, and roadblocks. We will look at your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, stress and stress management, exercise, weakness, and strengths, as well as medication, and vitamins.

Together, we will come up with a plan to help you change your habits and reach your goals. I may suggest dietary changes, cleansing/ detoxing, herbal medicine, acupuncture, meditation, mind-body exercises, journaling other self-care techniques. I hope to give you tools to attain whole health for life.
